Good preaching saves lives
because a sermon isn’t just a message—it’s a lifeline.
Imagine someone sitting in the pews, overwhelmed with grief, anxiety, or hopelessness, barely holding on. Then they hear a word—a sermon that reaches deep into their soul, offering hope, strength, and the will to keep going. At Deep Launch Solutions, we believe that good preaching keeps people alive—not just spiritually, but emotionally, mentally, and physically.

The Preaching Pastor Cohort
No one understands the saying “Sundays come quicker than sermons” quite like early-career pastors. In the first five years of pastoral leadership, preaching often carries more weight than expected. The Preaching Pastor is a 6-week online cohort designed to address that reality head-on, focusing on how preaching changes when the work shifts from preparing sermons for a Sunday or occasional preaching assignment to preaching weekly under the added demands of leadership, crisis, and vision. Through focused teaching and individualized sermon coaching, participants build a preaching practice that works with their leadership responsibilities, develops sustainable rhythms, and supports the long-term growth of the congregation without draining the pastor.
Daughters of Elizabeth Preaching Cohort
Your preaching voice matters, and Daughters of Elizabeth exists to cultivate the voice lying dormant within the woman preacher. Now entering its third cohort, this 12-week group coaching experience for women preachers, beginning August 2026, is designed to help women move from comparison-driven preaching toward preaching as a sustained practice shaped over time.
Through communal learning, sermon development, group coaching, and individual coaching sessions, participants are supported in listening more closely to their God-given voice, strengthening their sermons, and growing in confidence without rushing toward performance. The cohort is intentionally small, limited to five participants, allowing for depth, attentiveness, and meaningful engagement.
